Over the years, we have observed a spurt in the uptake of adventure activities among Indian travelers. We observe that statistically, India is one of the world’s fastest growing outbound travel markets and behaviorally, travelers are now willing to explore new destinations and experiences. While Indian travelers are extremely value-conscious, they do not mind splurging on travel experiences that are of top quality and unique. Apart from our brand campaign, ‘There is nothing like Australia’ we have also collaborated with key airline partners and distribution partners for joint advertising campaigns presenting potential travelers with a smorgasbord of exciting offers.

How are the safety concerns/awareness addressed and upheld? Also, are there any training programs/facilities and what bench-marking protocols are being followed?

All tourism experiences on offer in Australia are of unmatched quality and are undertaken under expert supervision with all safety procedures being taken into consideration.

We have a two-pronged approach to training agents across any country on the destination and how best to plan, package and sell Australia. Our online training program, the Aussie Specialist Program, has over 5,800 agents registered in India itself, and gives agents an in-depth training on the various products, experiences and activities available across the destination. In addition, our in-house trainers regularly visit agencies in our key target markets to train them on the same, and provide timely updates.
